Academy Systems Group Incorporated has been in business since 1990. The industry has gone through drastic changes in the last twenty years and we have adapted with the times. Part of this adaptation was the creation of Academy Systems Group from it's sister company , Academy Lock And Key.
In the early 90's Academy Lock And Key focused on a business model that consisted of mostly lock and key issues for residential and automobile, with the occasional commercial issue. This type of service was a tradition based trade passed down through families and was also the case with us.
Flash forward into the present and our mission as far as trade has done a one eighty. We are still in the lock and key business and Academy Lock And Key is flourishing in the Atlanta Metro Area, although we have seen a constant rise in the need for an electronic services division of our company. This is that division, Academy Services Group.
We want all of our current , as well as, potential new customers to know that although we have adapted our business model to fit the needs of the modern business, we have in no way compromised our dedication to customer service. We hold our core business customers as a priceless commodity. We operate our business on an almost all referral marketing strategy. The only successful manor in which you can operate on referrals almost exclusively is to make sure your current customer base is, and will always be, satisfied.
