Technical Apprentice I & II
- No Experience required.
- Must have HS diploma.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Must submit and be able to pass semi-annual and random "Customer Required" drug screening.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb ladders.
- Must have good math, basic mechanical skills and pass a written basic aptitude test.
This is a full time position reporting in Monroe. Starting pay is $12 to $14 per hour with a 90 day probation period to be fully accepted into our Technical apprentice program.
Candidates will work under and directly report to a Systems Engineer and when directed to Field Installation and Service Teams installing and maintaining our corporate Security accounts.
Pay and skills set progress will be reviewed/adjusted accordingly every 6 months during the apprentice program. The responsible and successful quick learning apprentice will graduate to a full time Field position (with company vehicle and benefits) within two to three years and have an outstanding future career advancement potential.

Field Service Technician A, B & C
- 2 to 5 Years experience in the Security Industry required.
- Associates degree in Electricity/Electronics or equivalent Technical training required.
- Must have factory certification and training on at least one "Major Manufacturer" Access Control and one "Major Manufacturer" IP base VMS Systems.
- Must have demonstrable Computer and Network configuration skills.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license.
- Must submit and be able to pass semi-annual and random "Customer Required" drug screening.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and climb ladders.
- Must be willing to travel out of the local area on a regular basis.
- Must have outstanding communication and writing skills, be able to maintain expense records, have basic mechanical skills and pass a written intermediate technical aptitude test.
This is a full time position reporting in Monroe. Starting pay is $18 - $25 per hour with a 90 day probation period to become a full time employee with benefits. Candidates will work under and directly report to a Systems Engineer with minimum supervision maintaining our corporate Security accounts.
Pay and skills sets will be reviewed/adjusted annually. This full time Field position includes a company vehicle and covered expenses.
